In the back three Llew Smith is named at full-back with Ben Raivalitia and Jac Davies on the wings.
Iestyn Gwilliam partners Jac Price in midfield, while Scarlets Academy duo Josh Phillips and Harri Williams link up at half-back.
Alex Jeffries comes in for his first Llanelli appearance of the season and packs down alongside Shaun Rhys Evans and Rhys Davies in the front row.
