Iwan Shenton takes over the captaincy of Llanelli as Indigo Premiership action resumes with a clash against Bridgend at the Dunraven Brewery Field on Saturday (2.30pm).
Shenton takes over the armband from Tom Phillips, who picked up a hand injury in last weekend’s defeat at Newport.
Behind the scrum, full-back Llew Smith is joined in the back three by Jack Price and Joe Hutchings on the wings.
Eddie James links up with Scarlets centre Corey Baldwin in midfield, while Archie Hughes replaces the injured Harri Williams at scrum-half.
Sam O’Connor continues at loose-head prop alongside hooker Taylor Davies and Ben Watson.
Shenton moves up into the second row to partner Morgan Jones, while Ben Williams, Dan Davis and Carwyn Tuipulotu make up a dynamic back-row combination.
Scarlets Academy fly-half Tal Rees returns from injury to take his place on the bench.
