Team to take on Ebbw Vale

The Indigo Group Premiership continues for Llanelli tomorrow night, Friday 4th February, with a trip to Ebbw Vale.

Last weekend’s first victory of the season will have boosted confidence in the squad, with Paul Fisher’s men now hoping to build momentum going forward.

In an entertaining game, against Bridgend Ravens at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday, Llanelli remained in control for the most part of the game, weathering a second half comeback from the visitors.

Tries from Sam O’Connor, Nathan Hart (2) and Rhodri Jones secured a bonus point victory for Llanelli.

Number 8 Nathan Hart, who himself scored a brace of tries in last weekend’s win, captains the side. A new-look front row sees Scarlets’ Kemsley Mathias line up alongside Lewis Morgan and Harri O’Connor.

Jac Price comes in to the second row to partner Chris Long with Ryan Jenkins returning to the starting line-up in the backrow alongside Ellis Thomas and captain Hart.

Archie Hughes and Iwan Evans return as the halfback partnership. Jonathan Lewis and Josh Davies line up in midfield with Amir Jiwa Walji moving to the wing alongside Callum Williams and fullback Rhodri Jones.
