Team to take on Aberavon

A break in Six Nations action this weekend the Indigo Group Premiership resumes with Llanelli heading down the M4 to take on Aberavon at the Talbot Athletic Ground.

With one victory from four so far in this season’s Welsh Premiership campaign Llanelli will be heading to the Talbot Athletic Ground hoping to pick up a result before heading to Parc y Scarlets for two home games on the bounce.

Head Coach Paul Fisher has named a much-changed side from the one that suffered defeat to Ebbw Vale a fortnight ago.

Iwan Evans moves from outside half to fullback with centre Jonny Lewis the only other to retain his place in the backline. Scarlets’ Corey Baldwin will partner Lewis in the midfield as he makes a return from injury.

Wales Under 20s scrum half Harri Williams partners Josh Phillips at halfback with Josh Hathaway and Liam Hutchings named on the wings.

Captain Nathan Hart lines up alongside an experienced back row, with Ryan Jenkins and Ellis Thomas. Ashleigh Hyndman returns to join Chris Long in the second row with all-new front row taking the field in Sam O’Connor, Llew Phillips-Taylor and Richard Bassett.
