Lewis to lead the side at Talbot Athletic

Llanelli head to the Talbot Athletic Ground this evening to take on Aberavon under the Friday night-lights.

Despite losses in the last two games, against Newport and Merthyr, Llanelli collected a try bonus from both fixtures after some entertaining and attacking rugby.

Last weekend’s clash at The Wern was a thoroughly entertaining encounter and head coach Paul Fisher will be hoping to see more of his side’s attacking flair at the Talbot Athletic Ground this evening.

Llanelli currently lie in tenth position with Aberavon in sixth with games in hand.

Jonny Lewis returns to the starting line-up and will lead the young side out this evening. Ioan Hughes returns to the fly half position with Wales Under 20s’ Harri Williams back at scrum half.

In the pack Scarlets’ Josh Helps features alongside stalwart Ashleigh Hyndman in the second row with Ben Chiffi (Llanelli Wanderers) and Jordan Saunders (Llangennech) lining up alongside Ryan Jenkins in the back row.
