We travel to Carmarthen on Saturday in the next round of Principality Premiership league fixtures. We are hosted by our regional friends Carmarthen Quins who I’m sure will provide us with a warm welcome. As you know, the Scarlets v Ospreys game kicks off at 3pm so we’ve brought forward our kick off to 1pm.
After registering our first league win against Newport last Sunday the boys will be looking forward to the challenge that the Quins will bring. They have had a very good start to their campaign so far, winning four of their five fixtures, they sit in fourth spot in the league. They secured an excellent away win last Saturday at Bedwas in a high scoring game and will be looking to build on that performance come Saturday.
So, another tough challenge for our young squad but with a good result behind them they can go to the Park with renewed vigour and ambition. Look forward to seeing you there for what I’m sure will be another exciting Premiership clash.
