Llanelli RFC away to Carmarthen

After a few weeks break for B&I Cup action, its back to Principality Premiership action this weekend.

The second half West Group fixtures get underway this Saturday at the Park, Carmarthen, kick off against Carmarthen Quins is scheduled for 2.30pm. We should be in for another exciting game with our fellow regionalists so why not catch the afternoon action ahead of the Scarlets evening ‘Welsh Derby’ game v Blues.

The boys currently sit in 3rd spot in the West Group have secured three wins on the bounce with the last one coming at home against the All Whites. There's no doubt about it, the hard work being put in by all the squad is starting to reap dividends and I'm sure they'll be working hard again this week as they will know how tough a challenge the Quins will be come Saturday - having said that, I'm sure they're all looking forward to the challenge!

After a couple of early season reversals the Quins have shown how dangerous a side they are with some excellent wins against the likes of Aberavon, in Aberavon and then followed up with three home wins, the latest coming against West Group leaders Llandovery. So, confidence should be high going into this regional clash and having been turned over by the Llanelli semi's in their first league match, the home side will want to put that result well and truly behind them by taking the points on offer.

Look forward to seeing you at the Park for what should be a full on regional clash.
