Valuable bonus point win!

Llanelli maintained their 3rd spot ‘play off’ place with a bonus point victory over Bedwas at Parc Y Scarlets.

Young outside half Owen  Williams  showed his promise with a couple of nice breaks, a try ,conversion and a penalty within 15 minutes. While Wing Lee Williams again touched down for his usual try. Leading 15 -0 at halftime in which could be described as offence - fair, defence – excellent.

 In the second half  Llanelli were again showing glimpses of their attacking potent only to be denied by poor handling and options to pass back inside. However, they did use their one man advantage with two tries from Nic Reynolds and Matt Gilbert in the 64th and 69th minute to gain the valuable bonus point victory.  Steve Shingler who replaced Owen on 57 minutes  converted both tries.

While for Bedwas, it took them 81minutes and the sin bining of Liam Williams to score a try by Kieran Crawford converted by Stuart Thomas.
