Match Preview

Neath at Parc Y Scarlets

This Saturday’s Principality Premiership Round 6 game see’s Llanelli entertain Neath at Parc Y Scarlets with a 1.30pm kick off.

This is to ensure all players and supporters can sit down together and watch Wales’s final World Cup Pool game against Australia at 4.45pm.

Neath are currently going through a transitional period and with the calibre of Pat Horgan, Gareth Llewellyn and Martin Morris at the helm, they will soon be back to their winning ways. However, our squad will be busting a gut to make sure they don’t get their first Premiership win of the season this Saturday at Parc Y Scarlets.

For ourselves, there is a lot of hard work being done by our coaches and players and it was satisfying to watch the improvements and for them to get their just reward with our first Premiership win last Saturday. Captain Adam Powell was exceptional in his attitude and leadership of this new group of players and we look again to raise the bar and put in another efficient performance this Saturday against Neath.

We welcome all Neath, players, committee and supporters for the 1.30pm kick off and you are more than welcomed to stay watch the World Cup Pool decider at the newly refurbished Heart & Soul Café/Bar. With multi-screen and half time snacks it’s your ideal venue to watch the big Rugby World Cup showdown. So please come along and enjoy the day.
